Friday Night At The GhostLight
Friday Night at theGhostLight is a digital gathering space for our performing arts community to engage in conversations about art, culture and theatre on a national stage.
We are launching Friday Night at the GhostLight; an online interview and performance series featuring iconic Canadian cultural figures sharing their creative experiences and insights through provocative dialogue and debate. Our first FN@GL will feature literary icon Margaret Atwood in conversation with The Right Honourable Adrienne Clarkson about Culture in the time of COVID-19. They will be joined by celebrated improvisational comedians Colin Mochrie (Whose Line is it Anyway?) and Debra McGrath (Little Mosque on the Prairie), along with performances by multi-talented musician and theatre-artist, Torquil Campbell (co-lead singer/songwriter for Stars) and Broadway star Chilina Kennedy (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical).
This series will allow artists from across the country to listen and engage as a national community with some of our great cultural catalysts.

Have you, your family or children created a video of something creative while in isolation?
We're looking for short performance art pieces that demonstrate how the creativity continues and evolves in these difficult times. If you're interested in sharing your musical or dance pieces, songs, poetry readings or skits please send them to email@example.com and we might use them in a future Friday Night at the GhostLight.
Thanking you in advance.
